Six Sentence Sunday

Onward with Sam:

Wiping the counter absentmindedly, I replied, “Shadow? That’s a nickname, a moniker, not a name.”

“Well, that’s what I’m called. Get used to it,” he said softly as he stood. He pulled my arm until we nose to nose and our breaths mingled. “You will be screaming it one night.”

And that concludes this scene with Sam and Shadow. Due to a block/edits/life, I've had to take a break with their story, but they're knocking again. ;)
